Job Summary
Combe Coastal Practice is undertaking a significant management restructure to enhance its operational efficiency and patient care. As part of this initiative, we are seeking a highly skilled Management Support Officer to join our team.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will primarily support the People & Clinical Leads in overseeing the management of our practice. Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing administrative support to the management team, including coordinating meetings, managing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of new workstreams and processes to improve patient care and business operations.
- Collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Supporting the management leads in their roles, including providing data analysis and insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of practice management principles and operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
