We are seeking a dedicated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our esteemed dealership.
Working HoursThe role requires availability from 8:30 am to 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, with a designated day off during the week. Sundays will involve a shift from 10 am to 4 pm on a rotational basis.
Compensation and BenefitsOur compensation package includes the use of a company vehicle and an uncapped On-Target Earnings (OTE) potential of £65,000, which comprises a basic salary of £23,000 upon successful accreditation.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be to ensure that each customer feels valued by identifying how our vehicles can enhance their lifestyle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Matching customers with the ideal vehicle and ensuring they are informed about the features and options available.
- Maximizing sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, follow-up communications, inbound inquiries, walk-in customers, and online leads.
- Achieving monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to unit sales, profit margins, finance options, and additional products.
- Complying with the company's regulatory obligations by accurately gathering customer and vehicle information to enhance our customer database.
This position may be suitable for individuals with experience in automotive sales, retail management, or sales management. A valid UK driving license is required. While prior experience in the motor trade or dealership environment is advantageous, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided.
