About the Role

Sytner Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Maranello Classic Parts, the only worldwide Ferrari authorized classic parts distributor. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the preservation of Ferrari vehicles' heritage, from 1947 to the present day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage goods inwards administration, including receiving, inspecting, and storing parts
  • Coordinate vehicle storage and inventory management
  • Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate records
  • Process financial spreadsheets and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Process purchase ledger invoices and manage supplier relationships
  • Coordinate freight imports and exports, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Update supplier and customer databases, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with general administration tasks, including filing, copying, and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with the accountant to process shipping provider invoices
About You

We are looking for an analytical and inquisitive individual with a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Experience working with automotive parts is an advantage, but not essential. You will be a confident team player with a proactive approach, able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
