TM Green Group is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to oversee earthworks projects in Alcester. The ideal candidate will have experience in bulk earthworks, strong knowledge of groundworks and excavations, and proficiency in setting out using Total Stations and GPS equipment. The role involves managing site engineering activities, conducting site surveys, and ensuring health and safety protocols are followed. The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and a degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline. • Oversee and manage site engineering activities related to earthworks

• Set out and ensure accurate construction in line with project drawings and specifications

• Conduct site surveys and assessments to monitor progress and quality

• Ensure health and safety protocols are followed at all times

• Liaise with the site team, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project operations

• Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and project plans

• Solve on-site technical issues and provide engineering support where needed

Key requirements include:

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer with Bulk Earthworks

• Strong knowledge of groundworks, excavations, and earthmoving techniques

• Proficiency in setting out using Total Stations and GPS equipment

• Understanding of health and safety regulations in construction

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (desirable)

• CSCS card required
