Job Summary:
Piper Maddox is seeking a highly skilled Renewable Energy Land Manager to join our team. As a key member of our land team, you will be responsible for identifying suitable land for development, engaging with landowners and stakeholders, and negotiating land acquisition agreements.
About the Role:
- Identify and acquire land for renewable energy projects, including solar, battery storage, and offshore wind.
- Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, stakeholders, and other key parties.
- Negotiate land acquisition agreements, including option agreements and sale and purchase agreements.
- Liaise with the wider team on land matters throughout the project lifecycle.
What You'll Need:
- Proven experience in renewable energy land management, with a strong understanding of the sector.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
