Graduate Submarines Supply Chain

BAE Systems is seeking a talented Graduate to join our Submarines Team, where you will play a crucial role in designing, building, testing, and commissioning the largest and most advanced submarines ever operated by the Royal Navy.

As a Graduate Supply Chain Specialist, you will work alongside our Astute Class and Dreadnought Class Submarines to provide a powerful and secure deterrent for the United Kingdom 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate in our Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring value for money through planned and skilful management, typically coordinating supplier selection.
  • Managing the supply base (SRM) and developing relationships with stakeholders.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with third-party suppliers.
  • Producing key reports and presentations to stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business related degree, a Law degree, or an Economics degree.

On commencement of employment, you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the "Welcome Payment"). The Welcome Payment is subject to the normal deductions and will be paid with your first salary payment.
