Job Title: Financial Planning Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join our team at Eventus Recruitment Cheshire. As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Paraplanners and Financial Advisers in delivering a first-class and compliant service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a bank of consultants and their clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
  • Process transfers, top-ups, withdrawals, income, contributions, fund switches, Bed & ISA, and protection in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Have a thorough understanding of third-party providers' platforms and processing times.
  • Manage your individual workload using our Client Management system to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Investigate and handle client/consultant queries, manage post related to new business cases, and deal with client/provider queries over the phone and via email.
  • Understand our internal compliance procedures and the requirements of third-party providers.
  • Maintain client records on our back-office system.
  • Cover receptionist duties, including post, phone calls, greeting clients, and dealing with third-party suppliers.
Requirements:
  • Experience working for an IFA/Financial Planning firm and knowledge of pension and investment products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Efficiency, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and willing to take the initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to adapt and successfully multitask.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • IO experience is desirable.
