As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the team in providing high-quality care to children, young people, and their families.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team to deliver high-quality care and services to children, young people, and their families.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve service delivery and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families, carers, and other professionals.
Requirements
  • Core professional qualification in registered nurse, social work, occupational therapy, or other non-core therapy - accredited.
  • Evidence of education to MSc level or evidence of performance to equivalent level.
  • Management and supervision of staff.
  • Effective change management and positive leadership of a team.
  • Experience in consultation to other professional and non-professional groups.
