Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Designer to join our team at Zachary Daniels. As a leading recruitment consultancy, we specialize in placing top talent in various industries, including retail, sales, and design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional 1-2-1 service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Engage with customers from initial enquiry to delivery, offering guidance and advice on the latest products and designs.
  • Design kitchens and bathrooms for customers, bringing their vision to life in a face-to-face capacity.
  • Offer a consultative service, providing technical information and support as required.
  • Visit customers in their homes for consultations and measurements, achieving sales and service targets.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a consultative retail environment, such as sales showrooms, bathrooms, bedrooms, furniture, retail sales, automotive, or jewellery backgrounds.
  • Ability to work in a high-end store with an amazing range of products, designing premium kitchens and bathrooms for customers.
  • Natural inquisitiveness and ability to fully explore customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a consultative and professional approach.
