The Role

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our regional team in the East of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing the sales of our full range of Tremco Roofing solutions, driving sales and margin growth in line with our agreed plan.

You will establish and maintain close business relationships with key regional partners and contractors, develop long-term specifications with large regional facility owners, and provide written and verbal specification support to clients. Additionally, you will provide site support and guidance in line with our technical team.

Key Responsibilities and Skills
  • Proven track record of selling building products and systems
  • Proven sales experience and ability to manage customer expectations and market requirements
  • Excellent skills and ability to build relationships
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Ability to work to targets and tight deadlines effectively
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Must be able to prioritise and manage own workload
