Area Sales Manager

About the RoleAs an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for covering a geographical territory across Norwich and Ipswich, working closely with our existing sales team to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region. You will receive comprehensive training and development, including on-the-job coaching, virtual training sessions, and on-site training at our HQ in Lytham.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our presence in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales performance
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and marketing campaigns

RequirementsWe are looking for a motivated and ambitious university graduate with a 2.1 grade classification or higher. You will have no prior experience in sales, but a passion for animal health and a desire to learn and develop your skills.
