About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Property Management Manager to lead our top-tier team at Spicerhaart Estate Agents in Newcastle Under Lyme. As a Property Management Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of property managers, monitoring and assessing individual team member performance, and ensuring the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of property managers to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality property management.
  • Monitor and assess individual team member performance, including conducting one-to-one meetings and providing feedback.
  • Ensure the business is risk-averse and compliant with regulatory bodies, including conducting property inspections, negotiating tenancy extensions and renewals, and coordinating with contractors for maintenance and repair issues.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, including resolving rental arrears and processing eviction requests.
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license for a manual vehicle.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings.
  • Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive team spirit and enjoyable working environment.

What We Offer

  • Competitive basic salary of £28,500 to £39,000, dependent on experience.
  • Up to £7,200 in capped commission.
  • Uncapped commission target of £3,725.
