Role Overview
The Club and Events Operations Manager will play a key role in supporting the on-going development and delivery of excellent service standards at our client's coworking and events space in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and activities to drive revenue growth and member engagement.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance the member experience and drive business growth.
- Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including venue management, event coordination, and customer service.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in events and hospitality management, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality events and exceptional customer service. You will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
