Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Children's Home Registered Manager to join our team at Dove Adolescent Services.

Location: Nottingham

Contract Type: Full-time, permanent

Hours: 39 hours per week

Salary: £44,041.10 per annum, with potential to earn up to £49,641.10 through Ofsted and Occupancy bonuses.

Accountability: Reporting to the Responsible individuals and Operational Directors

As a Children's Home Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading our team of dedicated professionals in providing high-quality care and support to young people within our care. You will work closely with our Operational Directors to ensure the smooth operation of the home and the delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the team of care staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support to young people
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and effective operation of the home
  • Work closely with our Operational Directors to ensure the delivery of our services and the achievement of our goals
  • Ensure the home is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a children's home or similar setting
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
