We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Car Sales Executive to join our Volkswagen Dealership in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a Sales Executive with Listers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Maximize sales opportunities through effective prospecting, follow-up calls, and in-bound telephone enquiries.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, profit per unit, finance penetration, and add-on products.
  • Ensure accurate collection and management of customer contact and vehicle data to maintain a high-quality customer database.

About You

  • You will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
