About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technician to join our Technical Team in Ringwood. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with a variety of projects, working closely with the Head of Technical to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Producing detailed working drawings for complex retirement apartment projects
  • Verifying and approving supplier information
  • Liaising with the National House-Building Council (NHBC) to ensure compliance with current building regulations
  • Creating site-specific technical details
  • Attending regular site meetings
  • Liaising with external consultants and statutory bodies to ensure the provision of high-quality drawings
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, with knowledge of relevant regulations, including Building and Fire Regulations
  • Highly skilled in AutoCAD, with the ability to work to a high degree of proficiency
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Discretion and confidentiality, as the role will involve access to sensitive information
