About the Role

Fusion Business Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly skilled CRM Data Trainer to join our team. As a CRM Data Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and presenting training plans, materials, and sessions to our customers, ensuring they have the necessary skills to effectively use our software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions to customers, both remotely and in-person
  • Prepare and provide training materials, including user guides and instructional videos
  • Collaborate with our sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software updates and features, and provide training and support to customers on these changes
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training programs
Requirements
  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a software or technology-related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to groups of varying sizes and complexity
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and understand complex software systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or equivalent preferred
