  1. Manage Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Projects: Oversee mergers and acquisitions tax projects in line with our firm's procedures and client agreements, including managing costs and billing processes.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Lead Due Diligence: Direct due diligence efforts on corporate tax matters, coordinating with various specialist teams to deliver comprehensive tax due diligence reports.
  4. Tax Structuring Advice: Provide strategic tax structuring advice before and after transactions to deliver tax-efficient solutions to clients.
  5. Business Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals and participate in presentations to prospective clients, with a focus on expanding business in the private equity sector.
  6. Technical Expertise: Maintain a high level of technical proficiency by engaging in continuous professional development through reading, coursework, and fulfilling CPD requirements.
  7. People Management: Act as a mentor and coach for junior staff, guiding them through training and career development, and providing regular feedback and evaluations.
  8. Internal and External Profile Building: Enhance personal and professional visibility by attending networking events, writing articles, delivering presentations, and hosting technical sessions.
