Associate Commissioning Director

Job SummaryWe are seeking an Associate Commissioning Director to join our team in London, UK. As an employee-owner, you will have a role in creating an inclusive environment where each of us is welcomed, valued, respected and empowered to bring our authentic selves to work every day.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage all EMEA new business development activities, focusing on existing and new clients, market sectors and regions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of our growth strategy, ensuring profitable business growth and clear identification of new sectors and opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, and promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
- Maintain accurate business development records and work with our Commercial Lead and relevant internal stakeholders to prepare new business PQQ's/RFI/contracts.
- Degree in Engineering or related field and supporting marketing degree.
- Considerable experience in commercial management/new business development skills, with a strong understanding of MEP systems, HVAC controls, and the T&B process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and organize work and work on multiple tasks concurrently.
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, systems engineering, operations fundamentals, contracting, and general business operations.
