About the Position: Step into the role of Senior Product Development Manager, where you will spearhead a diverse group in redesigning and enhancing the English proficiency assessment. You will work closely with various stakeholders from marketing and sales, manage budgets effectively, and guide the team through a shift towards a product-focused organization. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to make a substantial impact and assist in building a high-performing product team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a cross-functional team in the transformation of the English proficiency assessment.
  • Foster strong relationships with commercial stakeholders.
  • Leverage your knowledge in B2C platforms, user experience, and data analytics to improve products.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to synchronize product strategies.
  • Effectively manage budgets and ensure optimal resource allocation.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in digital product management, particularly in B2C platforms.
  • Proven skills in stakeholder management and commercial insight.
  • In-depth understanding of user experience and data analysis.
  • Experience in the formal education or EdTech industry is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies is an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range of £75,000 - £80,000.
