Mobile Plant Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Plant Engineer to join our team at Path Recruitment Ltd. As a Mobile Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for the inspection, testing, maintenance, and repair of our company fleet of plant equipment, including mechanical plant equipment ranging from 17m telehandlers, rollers, 25 ton excavators, and tracked loaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on construction plant equipment, welfare units, and power gen units
  • Ensure issues are resolved with minimal interruption to service
  • Provide solutions to customer queries on site, consulting with the hire desk as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service as the Mobile Plant Engineer
  • Consult with the parts department to ensure your van is always stocked

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working on a range of plant equipment, including excavators, dump trucks, diggers, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
