  • Help to implement and maintain the standards required by legislation related to service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of best practice in delivering support to people with different needs.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current CQC regulations and compliance within the new framework.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional sleep-ins and waking nights.
