Fitness Class Leader

GLL is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Fitness Class Instructor - Aerobics to join our team at Highgrove Pool and Fitness. As a Fitness Class Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality classes that cater to diverse age groups and fitness levels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to adapt to different situations, and a passion for teaching a variety of genres. A Fitness Class Instructor should be approachable, dynamic, and have a high level of energy. Strong communication skills, the ability to adapt, and to lead by example are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver safe and effective classes that meet customer expectations
- Consistently perform fun, enthusiastic, and high-quality classes
- Adapt, progress, and regress classes as required for all ages and levels
- Inspire customers through class delivery and the transfer of energy and motivation
- Ensure all customer expectations are exceeded
