Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of cooks to prepare and serve a range of wholesome meals and catering services.
- Ensure the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control are maintained at all times.
- Manage the kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Develop and implement effective systems for managing food preparation, storage, and presentation.
- Collaborate with the catering team to ensure seamless service delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory levels, and waste management.
