We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Children's Services team at Prospero Health & Social Care - Liverpool. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and young people with a range of challenges.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the safety and well-being of children and young people at all times.
- Assist children in reaching their full potential and promoting their education, independent living, and healthy home environment.
- Provide detailed written notes for each shift and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with professionals and uphold essential safeguarding practices.
- Effectively communicate with service users and professionals, and complete detailed paperwork and notes for each shift.
- Child and Adult DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience in a similar role (1 year UK experience).
- References covering the last 3 years.
- Willingness to travel to different areas.
