About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team at Jonathan Lee Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing purchasing strategies and supplier relationships to ensure optimal performance and cost savings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a procurement strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and adds value to the business.
  • Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible terms and conditions.
  • Work closely with the senior management team to contribute to overall business objectives and deliver cost savings.
  • Lead a team to deliver support to the business and ensure the procurement function is operating effectively.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in managing supplier contracts and purchasing strategies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the purchasing strategy.
  • Procurement experience gained from a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • MCIPS or high-level CIPS qualification is desirable.
