The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the scrap metal industry, specifically dealing with non-ferrous materials, and possess strong negotiation skills and the ability to work independently. Key responsibilities include visiting new leads and existing customers, purchasing materials, exploring new business opportunities, and managing the full buying process. The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, have good numeracy skills, and be willing to travel and stay overnight when necessary.
