About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychological assessments and interventions to adolescents with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to inform treatment plans and interventions.
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based psychological interventions, including CBT and systemic therapy.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to adolescents and their families.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of service effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Doctoral level qualification in Clinical Psychology.
  • Experience working with adolescents with complex mental health needs.
  • Knowledge of CBT and systemic therapy approaches.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
