**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Advisor to join our HR team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our senior leadership team, driving business growth through effective talent management, and ensuring compliance with UK employment law.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Employee Relations
    • Support line managers in employee relations, providing guidance and advice on HR-related matters.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
    • Take ownership of the recruitment process, planning and implementing effective talent attraction strategies for each role.
    • Develop and implement succession planning and talent management strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • HR Policy and Compliance
    • Provide HR advice and guidance to the senior leadership team on policy-related queries, ensuring compliance with UK employment law.
    • Update HR policies in line with company and statutory changes, taking ownership of producing new policies and company initiatives.
  • HR Systems and Data
    • Manage the primary HR systems, including Time & Attendance, HRIS, and LMS, ensuring GDPR compliance and suggesting improvements to systems.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a manufacturing, engineering, or similar sector.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to suggest improvements to systems.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
