We are currently seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team at FBR Construction Recruitment. Our client is a well-respected company specializing in providing and installing facades and external envelope products for various sectors.

  • Responsible for overseeing projects ranging from £25k to over £3 million
  • Manage 3-4 projects simultaneously
  • Office-based role with occasional site visits
  • Collaborate with a friendly surveying team
  • Handle cost reporting and forecasting
  • Monitor monthly application figures
  • Review labor schedules and site progress
  • Ensure compliance with subcontract parameters
  • Develop relationships with clients and suppliers
  • Coordinate subcontractors and contracts
  • Procure subcontractor orders
  • Submit timely reports and recommendations
  • Communicate effectively and clearly

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
  • Full driving license
  • Knowledge of construction principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
