We are currently working with a well-established company in the UK, who currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant to join them on a 12-month contract basis to cover a maternity leave.

The overall purpose of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Directors of the business in all aspects of office administration and coordination. You will be working closely alongside the Senior Management team to ensure maximum time management and be the first point of contact.

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven candidate with a proven track record in a similar administrative role. You will need the ability to prioritize workloads and work to and meet all deadlines is critical.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing administrative support to the Directors and Senior Management team
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes
  • Diary Management and coordination of appointments
  • Answering and directing telephone calls and emails
  • Handling administrative tasks, creating reports and findings
  • Planning and coordination of all projects and events
  • Assisting with the preparation and processing of invoices and financial documents
  • Organizing and delivering company events and meetings
  • Creating and maintaining personnel files and records

Person Specification:

  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Excellent working within a team
  • Able to prioritize your workload whilst handling multiple tasks
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office / Outlook / Teams
  • Trustworthy
  • Reliable

Hours of Work:

37.5 Hours per week (Monday to Friday)

The role is a fixed-term 12-month contract and the ideal candidate will be available to start as soon as possible.
