Job Opportunity: Pastoral Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pastoral Support Worker to join our team at Overton School, part of Options Autism. Our school provides specialist care and education for young people aged 11 – 19 with complex needs, including ASC, SLD, MLD, and impaired social or cognitive functioning due to early life trauma and attachment difficulties.

As a Pastoral Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our students to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with our experienced team to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our students. All applicants will undergo a thorough selection process, including social media checks and a fully enhanced DBS check.
