Job Title: Big Data Developer

At Hunter Bond, we are seeking a highly skilled Big Data Developer to join our team in London. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing end-to-end solutions for our datalake initiatives.

You will lead a remote engineering team, driving improvements in design, processes, and implementation to enhance operational management, scalability, and extensibility. Strong implementation experience using Spark and previous involvement in an implementation programme are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop end-to-end solutions for datalake initiatives
  • Lead a remote engineering team to drive improvements in design, processes, and implementation
  • Implement Spark and drive improvements in operational management, scalability, and extensibility

Requirements:

  • Strong implementation experience using Spark
  • Previous involvement in an implementation programme
  • Data Warehouse experience
