Responsibilities:

* Collect and quality check completed job cards within Base Maintenance
* Quality check completed Line Maintenance job cards
* Close completed job cards within Base Maintenance Work Packages
* Scan job cards from both Base and Line Maintenance back to customer and into STS Job Files
* Monitor complete and incomplete job cards within Work Packages for reporting and quality checking purposes
* Perform general clerical duties, including setting up files and entering and collecting computerized data

Requirements:

* Strong organizational skills
* Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word
* Well-organized and disciplined
* Calm and professional under pressure
* Excellent customer relationship skills
* Effective communicator both verbal and written
* Supports others to achieve individual and company objectives

* Willing to work a shift system
* Good knowledge of Aircraft Base and Line Maintenance - preferred but not essential
