Job Description

At Assystem, we are committed to accelerating the energy transition around the world. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mission by ensuring the effective management of contracts and procurement processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Management: Maintain good collaborative working relationships with stakeholders, including Senior Leaders, Project Managers, and Discipline Engineers. Proactively interface with these stakeholders to ensure seamless contract management.
  • Estimate and Cost Management: Produce TO Response supporting documents, including estimates, organization charts, and risk registers. Manage JGAR actions to TO approval and present the TO Response at the JGAR.
  • Sub-Contract Management: Proactively manage sub-contracts from RFQ to final account, ensuring that estimates satisfy the scope of work stated within the Task Order Request, Employee Instruction, PICD, or Change Event.
  • Contract Administration: Use NEC3 Contract Management using CEMAR to monitor and report performance of TCIF Contracts. Draft and respond to Early Warning Notices and actively participate in SL safety awareness initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare monthly reports and attend monthly project reviews as required, covering all aspects of projects (costs, risks, timescales, cash, quality, estimate to complete, etc.).
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a cost/project control environment assisting in developing detailed cost schedules and EAC forecasts.
  • Familiarity with NEC Contract and CEMAR software.
  • Competent in EXCEL and MS Word.
  • Can demonstrate sound organizational and communication skills.
