Classroom Supervisor Role:
This comprehensive institution is eager to recruit local Classroom Supervisors to join their team. They are interested in individuals who are flexible regarding both short-term and long-term assignments.

As a Classroom Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the effective delivery of lessons throughout the school day, which encompasses:

1. Supervising the instructional materials provided by the absent educator
2. Ensuring students have the necessary resources and understanding to complete the assigned tasks
3. Managing student behavior during lessons to maintain high standards of work
4. Addressing any immediate issues or emergencies that arise
5. Collecting completed assignments post-lesson and returning them to the relevant educator or department

Required Qualifications:
- Experience working with children in an educational environment (preferably secondary)
- Strong presence in the classroom with the ability to manage behavior effectively
- Capability to establish rapport with students, staff, and parents
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (not mandatory)
