The schools typically accommodate around 1000 students aged 11 to 16 years. This role is particularly suitable for individuals aiming to gain valuable classroom experience while pursuing a teaching career.
A Classroom Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing classroom activities and ensuring that students remain focused on their tasks. This role plays a crucial part in the school’s operations by allowing qualified teaching staff to dedicate time to essential tasks such as marking, planning, and preparation.
This position is within a secondary school setting and requires confidence in teaching Key Stage 3 and 4.
Responsibilities of the Classroom Management Supervisor:
- Oversee classroom dynamics.
- Ensure that all students are engaged and working towards their objectives.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons.
- Be capable of covering various subjects.
- Exhibit effective time management and planning skills.
- Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, with weekends off.

- Ability to manage student behavior effectively.
The compensation for this role is competitive, with earnings up to £500 per week, depending on experience.
