About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced site supervisor to oversee fit-out and refurbishment projects in the Central London area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate fit-out and refurbishment projects from start to finish
  • Supervise and lead a team of construction professionals
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Monitor and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction management software
  • SSSTS or SMTS certification, First aid accreditation, and CSCS card
  • Full clean driving license
