Position: Conveyancer / Conveyancing Fee Earner

Salary: £30,000 - £38,000 per annum
Commission: Up to £5,000 annually

Work Arrangement: Remote

Type: In-house

We are seeking skilled Conveyancers to become a part of a reputable Newcastle-based organization, offering a permanent remote working opportunity.

Key Responsibilities of the Conveyancer / Fee Earner:
  • Manage conveyancing auction transactions from initiation to completion within specified timelines.
  • Handle a diverse array of transactions with varying complexities, including repossessions, probate matters, and international clients.
  • Supervise two conveyancing assistants who will aid in managing your caseload.
  • Draft necessary legal documents for both property purchases and sales.
  • Review land registry documents and title deeds for unregistered properties.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by providing timely updates via phone and email.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • A minimum of 12 months of experience in conveyancing.
  • Possession of a conveyancing qualification, CILEX, or substantial experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Familiarity with unregistered properties and conducting title checks on leasehold.
  • Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload of 60+ transactions.
