Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with service users.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, and be part of a rota.
  • Previous experience in care and support is desirable, but not necessary; we are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude and a passion for making a difference.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development, with a willingness to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care.
