Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services, supporting our staff to provide exceptional care and promoting a positive and inclusive culture within our services.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Manager in the day-to-day management of the service, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead and manage a team of care staff, providing guidance, support and supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Develop and implement care plans, working closely with individuals, their families and other professionals to ensure their needs are met.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures, ensuring they are aligned with company values and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
- 12 months experience in a caring environment, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Health and Social Care Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and interact with individuals, families and other professionals.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Confidence to work independently and as part of a team, promoting a positive and inclusive culture within the service.
