About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Trade Operative to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of tasks including carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting and decorating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out carpentry tasks including fitting doors, windows, and other fixtures
  • Perform plastering work including skimming walls and ceilings
  • Undertake plumbing tasks including installing and repairing pipes and fixtures
  • Install and maintain tiling in kitchens, bathrooms, and other areas
  • Carry out painting and decorating work including preparing surfaces and applying finishes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working in the residential sector
  • Strong skills in multiple trades including carpentry, plastering, plumbing, tiling, and painting and decorating
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
