Job Title: Multi Trade Operative

Resourcing Group is seeking a skilled Multi Trade Operative to join their team. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance work in occupied properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair work in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, and plastering.
  • Respond to service requests and emergencies.
  • Ensure all work meets high standards and health and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents and maintain accurate work records.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar multi-trade role, preferably in social housing.
  • Proficiency in at least three trades.
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A DBS check will be carried out for the successful applicant.
Offer:
  • Salary of \u00a340 per annum.
  • Regular hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
