About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Enablement Manager to join our Product Enablement team within the customer care organization division of the OVHcloud Group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering public events, such as technical trainings and workshops, to accelerate the adoption of OVHcloud solutions among our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Technical Knowledge Sharing: Deliver and spread technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products during public or private events, including tutorials, theoretical training with demos, Tech Labs, and Webinars.
  • Content Creation: Develop and create technical training content on OVHcloud products, tailored to various audiences and delivery modes (in-person, remote, eLearning).
  • Expertise Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in OVHcloud solutions and expand skills and knowledge in one or more areas.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as a technical expert and advocate for our customers, providing them with expert guidance and support.
Future Impact

In the short term, you will have:

  • Delivered and shared technical knowledge and expertise on OVHcloud products.
  • Embraced the role of technical expert and advocate for our customers.

In the long term, you will have:

  • Developed skills and knowledge in one or more areas to stay current with the state of the art of OVHcloud solutions.
  • Created technical training content on OVHcloud products, adapted to various audiences and delivery modes.
Required Skills
  • Excellent oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in main pedagogical principles and animation techniques.
  • Experience in educational content design.
  • Knowledge of OVHcloud portfolio products or their equivalent at a hyperscaler, particularly in the public cloud universe (Compute, storage, network, Kubernetes, Database as a service, Artificial Intelligence, Identity and access management).
