Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at IBIS London Wembley. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure that orders are prepared and delivered to guests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Be a team player, supporting colleagues to ensure that our guests receive a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Be flexible and adaptable, working a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
