Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team. As a Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide a welcoming and unique guest experience.
  • Assess guest needs and preferences and make recommendations using excellent product knowledge.
  • Upsell and promote products where applicable.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to high standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Operate the Challenge 25 policy to ensure safe service of alcohol.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Stay focused on guest satisfaction and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
  • Record and report all wastage to supervisors.
  • Pour standards must be adhered to at all times, with regular pour tests completed.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy bar top and back bar.
  • Take responsibility for tasks assigned by management and communicate any issues to supervisors.

  • Deep understanding of all products and how to prepare them.
  • Knowledge of licensing objectives and Challenge 25.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean.
