Deputy Manager Opportunity at Cinnamon Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at Cinnamon Care. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Home Manager in the overall management of the care home
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support
  • Develop and implement care plans to meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a care management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
