**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at Aaron Wallis Sales Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing our extensive customer base in the chemicals industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage over 1,000 live and lapsed accounts across the UK, building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
* Maximize sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and promoting the unique value proposition of our products.
* Work autonomously to achieve sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth sales process from start to finish.
**Requirements**
* A proven track record in chemicals sales, ideally with experience in lubricants, coolants, hydraulic fluids, refrigerants, or related products.
* A strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to follow them diligently to achieve results.
* In addition to a competitive basic salary, car allowance, and uncapped bonus potential, you will receive the opportunity to work with unique, high-quality, unmatched products in the UK market and the potential for career development into a Sales Management role within 12-36 months.
