Customer Sales Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Administrator to join our client, a leading company in Peterborough, on a full-time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers
  • Process customer orders and manage stock levels
  • Arrange installations and product training
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Support the sales team with administration and queries

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good level of PC literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £26,000, 22 days paid annual leave, pension, onsite parking, and more.
