DevOps Engineer

At Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment, we are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our client's team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in minimizing operational risk and enhancing efficiency through automation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage development pipelines and automate CI, deployment, and monitoring
  • Work closely with the Core Architecture team to scale systems as the business grows
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and development processes
Requirements:
  • Core Skills: PowerShell/scripting, coding (C#/Java/Python), Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform), Docker, Kubernetes, ELK/Grafana, CI/CD (TeamCity), Microsoft SQL Server, Windows/Linux administration
  • Preferred Skills: Atlassian (Bitbucket, JIRA), Artifactory, Octopus Deploy, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), VMware, SAN experience
  • Educational Background: A-Levels at grade A*/A/B and a 2.1 degree in Computer Science or related field
